Get started · Early access
Define your first governed process in 15 minutes.
Traffic Lights is in early access with a select group of design partners. We onboard a small number of organisations at a time, deliberately — each one gets our attention and shapes what supervised autonomy becomes.
- No infrastructure to deploy
- No per-seat licenses for approvers
- Channels your team already uses: Email, Slack, Teams
- Works with any LLM — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini

What the pilot looks like
Thirty days. One process. One person from our side, start to finish.
- Days 1–5
Phase 1: Guided first process
We work with your process owner to build one governed process together — tasks, dependencies, thresholds, approvers. Live by end of week one.
- Days 6–25
Phase 2: Run it for real
Agents execute inside your thresholds on real work. Twice-weekly review of exceptions, escalations, and where thresholds should move.
- Days 26–30
Phase 3: Widen or tighten
We read the outcomes with you, adjust policy, and decide together which processes come next.
You leave with an audit trail you can show the board.
What you get
- White-glove onboarding — a named person from our team, not a ticket queue
- Your first governed process built with you, live in under two weeks
- Direct line to the people building the product
- Roadmap influence: design partners set the priorities
- An audit trail and a working answer for your board or regulator
What we ask
- One real process, not a sandbox
- An accountable owner who can set and ratify policy
- An hour a week for the review session
- Candid feedback — including the parts we got wrong
No ongoing commitment until you have seen it work.
Who we are looking for
Agents already in play
You have AI in or near production work and the accountability question is what is holding you back.
Consequential work
Financial services, healthcare, legal, insurance, professional services — where a wrong action has a cost.
A named owner
Someone whose signature the process depends on, and who is willing to own the thresholds.
