1. What the pilot is

Traffic Lights is inviting a small number of organisations to participate in a structured 30-day pilot of the Traffic Lights supervised autonomy platform. The pilot is non-commercial. There is no fee and no ongoing commitment. The goal is to demonstrate value in your environment, with a named person from Traffic Lights throughout.

By participating, you acknowledge that Traffic Lights is a pre-general-availability product. Features may change. Some capabilities may not yet be available. What is available is described in the current documentation.

2. Your data is yours

You retain all rights in your data, process definitions, event payloads, configurations, approvals, and audit records. Traffic Lights does not claim ownership of anything you put into the platform.

Traffic Lights will:

At the end of the pilot, you may export your data. Traffic Lights will delete it within 90 days of pilot end unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention period is agreed in writing.

3. Security posture

Traffic Lights does not connect to your databases, applications, or anything inside your infrastructure. You emit structured events to Traffic Lights. Traffic Lights governs what happens to them. The Event SDK schema is publicly documented. No PII is required. No proprietary data is required. No firewall access is required or requested.

4. What you may and may not do

During the pilot you may:

You may not:

5. Your responsibilities

Traffic Lights executes and coordinates policies and actions you configure. You remain responsible for:

6. Confidentiality — mutual

Both parties may share non-public information during the pilot. Each party will keep the other's confidential information strictly confidential, use it only for the purposes of the pilot, and protect it with at least the same care applied to its own confidential information.

Traffic Lights will keep your process designs, configurations, and operational data confidential. You will keep non-public product capabilities, pricing, and roadmap information confidential.

7. Intellectual property

Traffic Lights retains all rights in the platform, software, and documentation. You retain all rights in your data, configurations, and workflows. Nothing in these terms transfers intellectual property from either party to the other.

If you share feedback about the platform, Traffic Lights may use that feedback to improve the product without attribution or compensation. Feedback does not include your Confidential Information.

8. No warranty

The platform is provided as-is for the purposes of this pilot. Traffic Lights makes no warranty — express or implied — about fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or suitability for any regulatory requirement. This is a pre-general-availability product.

9. Limitation of liability

Because this pilot is non-commercial and no fee is paid, Traffic Lights' aggregate liability to you is limited to zero. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the pilot.

This limitation does not apply to breaches of confidentiality, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.

10. Term and termination

The pilot runs for 30 days from your onboarding date, unless extended by written agreement. Either party may end the pilot with 7 days' written notice. Traffic Lights may end the pilot immediately if you breach these terms.

On termination: your access ends, Traffic Lights makes your data available for export for 30 days, then deletes it under the schedule in §2.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12. Entire agreement

These terms are the entire agreement between the parties for the pilot. They replace any prior discussions about the pilot programme. A signed Order Form, MSA, or enterprise agreement will supersede these terms for any commercial relationship.
